    Q. Why have I not received my order yet?

    A. The orders wont reach you if:

    1. The order is cancelled immediately after placing
    2. Real time report delays
    3. Product unavailable
    4. Our tie up came to an end

      Cancellation and Replacement
    1. Cancelled products will be returned to you within 15 Working days from the day of cancellation.
    2. Cancelled product list and the reason for cancellation will be intimated by GERGStore.com to you.
    3. Replacement of product should be made within 7 working days by the VENDOR on acceptance of new purchase Order from GERGStore
